Have you ever seen a helmet so colossal? Neither have we…

For the Grand Prix 2024, Paramount Plus marked the release of their highly anticipated show, Halo, by commissioning a massive replica helmet inspired by the iconic Halo game.

In collaboration with Chopt studios, and Kaber Laser cutting, A Blanck Canvas crafted the Halo Helmet. This gargantuan helmet was constructed from large foam pieces meticulously laser-cut into sections. It was then coated with hardened polyurethane for added durability and protection. The helmet’s striking appearance was achieved through carefully hand scenic painting, featuring vibrant candy orange and army green hues, enhanced with weathering techniques.

We had the honour of not only building and painting this colossal helmet but also installing it at the global racing event, the Grand Prix. Serving as a promotional centerpiece for the new TV show, the helmet offered attendees an immersive walk-through experience, complete with TV screens installed at the rear.
