Arena-Scale Scenic Installations and Performance Environments for Global Touring

Created for Fish Leong’s World Tour, these large-scale stadium installations combine scenic design, engineering, and live performance to transform arenas into dreamlike worlds. From a glowing tree that grows before the audience’s eyes to a floating underwater landscape that drifts through the crowd, each piece was designed to create moments of wonder at an immense scale.

From concept development and fabrication through to international delivery, our team managed every stage of the process. After completing the builds, we travelled to China to oversee installation, assembly, and handover with the client’s production team. Working side by side, we provided operational training and detailed pack-down procedures, ensuring every component could be assembled, maintained, and toured safely and efficiently for years to come.

Built for movement, longevity, and repeat performance, these touring environments demonstrate our commitment to creating immersive stage installations that feel magical to audiences while remaining practical and reliable behind the scenes.

The Floating Underwater World

Appearing to drift effortlessly through the stadium, this 10-metre floating underwater world is a fusion of scenic artistry and touring engineering. Designed as a roaming performance environment, the piece transforms the arena floor into a dreamlike ocean landscape, illuminated by hundreds of programmable LED lights that bring the entire sculpture to life.

Built upon a custom-engineered steel base mounted to a moving electric vehicle, the float is constructed from over 27 CNC-routed foam components, each hard-coated and individually hand-painted to create a richly textured underwater world. Cameras integrated into the structure provide operators with a live view from the float, allowing it to navigate safely through thousands of fans while maintaining the illusion of effortless movement.

Hidden beneath the spectacle are twenty-seven steel frames designed to separate into modular sections, allowing the entire environment to be packed into just seven cargo crates and transported internationally. What audiences experience is pure magic. Behind the scenes is precision engineering, built to perform night after night at stadium scale.

The Living Tree

Growing in front of more than 100,000 fans, this 11-metre inflatable tree was designed to feel alive. Created for Fish Leong’s world tour, the structure transforms in real time, rising from the stage and gradually unfolding into a glowing centrepiece through a carefully choreographed sequence of winches and inflation systems.

Built for arena performance and long-term touring, the tree was engineered to balance spectacle with reliability. Over 10,000 individually attached metallic Tyvek leaves in shimmering blue and silver catch the light and create the illusion of movement, allowing the piece to shift and evolve alongside the performance.

More than a scenic element, the tree becomes a living stage presence, growing, glowing, and changing with the music. Designed to tour for years, it transforms a simple idea into an emotional moment of wonder at stadium scale.
